INGREDIENTS TO AVOID
Needless to say, all commercial products use foaming agents and artificial preservatives. Why take the chance when you have the option of reducing toxic build-up in your body? Pureness. Honest. Goodness. We make every effort to raise awareness of what these tounge-twisting ingredients may do to our body over years of exposure and use.

— SAVANNA GOODNESS

TIP: IF YOU CAN’T PRONOUNCE IT, IT’S PROBABLY NOT GOOD FOR YOU.
OUR PRODUCTS DO NOT CONTAIN THESE HARMFUL INGREDIENTS

SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (Petroleum SLS)

A harsh detergent and foaming agent found in almost every skin and hair care product. When applied, SLS strips off a layer of natural oils produced by the skin, leaving it feeling rough, dry and susceptible to irritation. In many cases, it can contribute toward a skin rash, eye redness/irritation and urinary tract infection.

PROPYLENE GLYCOL

A petroleum based by-product that weakens the protein structures and cellular compounds by up to 20%. When absorbed into the skin, this ingredient can cause allergic reactions and liver and kidney damage

ARTIFICIAL FRAGRANCES

Be careful not to be lured in by a delicious fragrance. Most fragrances are synthetic ? and toxic. They usually contain a combination of up to 4000 separate ingredients, which by law, need not be disclosed to the public. Synthetic fragrances are highly carcinogenic, and are known to cause headaches and dizziness.

MINERAL OIL

Another petroleum by-product that clogs the pores, suffocating the skin by coating the skin in a layer of what is essentially plastic. This can cause acne and numerous skin disorders and irritations. Scary fact: Baby oil is 100% mineral oil.

DEA / MEA / TEA

Diethanolamine | Monoethanolamine | Triethanolamine
These are chemical agents found in products that foam up. They are restricted in Europe, partly because tests have found that they have carcinogenic effects. DEA, for example, has been directly linked to kidney and liver damage.

PARABEN

Comes in the form of a mouthful: butylparaben, ethylparaben, isobutylparaben, methylparaben, benzylparaben, or propylparaben. Parabens are used in commercial personal care products as a preservative to prevent fungus, bacteria and microbes from growing. There are studies which found paraben in breats tumors. Parabens also mimic the characteristics of estrogen.

PARAFFIN

This is a final by-product in petroleum refining chain and it is rcognized by its waxy and oily characteristics. This waxy residue is widely used in skin care and cosmetics because it is cheap and gives user the illusion of moisture and smoothness but in fact it doesnt hydrate at all and clogs pores. It is difficult to break down and may be accumulated in our body.
